Free Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders over $99 within the continental United States. Some items may include oversize or freight surcharges due to weight or dimensions, and any applicable surcharge will be clearly noted on the product page.
Order Processing, Confirmation & Tracking
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that it has been received and that your payment method has been pre-authorized. We will then verify inventory. If an item is unavailable or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you to discuss alternatives. If your item is in stock, we will process payment and begin preparing your shipment.
In-stock orders typically ship within three business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you have not received tracking within four business days, please reach out to us at info@alignedplay.com.
Estimated delivery windows are provided for convenience only. AlignedPlay is not responsible for delays due to freight carrier issues, weather, natural disasters, labor shortages, governmental actions, or any other events outside our control.
International Orders
AlignedPlay products are designed for the United States and require a 110v electrical system. All products are certified to U.S. electrical and safety standards and may not meet certification requirements in other countries.
Freight, Oversized & LTL Deliveries
Some items ship via LTL freight due to their size or weight. All LTL freight deliveries occur Monday through Friday and require an adult over the age of 18 to be present. The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment, and customers must be available during the scheduled window. Missed appointments may result in redelivery fees.
Freight deliveries are curbside only. The driver will place the boxes at the end of your driveway or on the lawn. Drivers are not responsible for moving boxes into your home, garage, or any other location, nor for disposing of packaging. Any assistance you choose to provide during unloading—such as helping move boxes—is done solely at your own risk. AlignedPlay is not responsible for injuries or property damage that occur during unloading.
Freight carriers determine how far they can safely travel based on driveway conditions or accessibility. Customers must provide a valid delivery address and working phone number so the carrier can contact them. Once shipped, LTL freight orders are expected to arrive within 10–14 business days, although delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or outside factors.
Inspection Requirements (Visible & Concealed Damage)
It is extremely important that you inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt. If any box is crushed, torn, punctured, or severely damaged, please refuse the shipment, make a note on the Bill of Lading, and notify us immediately at info@alignedplay.com or 800-980-8685.
If you accept the shipment, you must open all boxes within 48 hours of delivery and inspect all components.
• Visible damage must be reported immediately at delivery.
• Concealed damage—damage discovered after opening boxes—must be reported within 48 hours.
All damage claims must include photos of:
– The damaged item
– The packaging
– Internal protective packaging
– The shipping label
Damage reported after 48 hours, or after assembly, cannot be covered due to freight carrier limitations.
Damaged vs. Defective Items
“Damaged” refers to issues that occur during shipping, such as broken or crushed components.
“Defective” refers to items that do not function properly but show no signs of shipping damage.
If a replacement item or part is issued, AlignedPlay reserves the right to request the return of the damaged or defective item. Failure to return the item when requested may result in charges for the replacement.
Items damaged due to assembly errors or later use are not eligible for replacement.
Delivery Responsibility & Address Requirements
Once a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. AlignedPlay is not responsible for stolen packages, deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or shipments not opened and inspected within the required timeframes.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a working phone number. Any return freight charges, rerouting fees, storage fees, or redelivery costs resulting from address errors or inability to contact the customer are the customer’s responsibility.
Refused or Undeliverable Deliveries
If a delivery is refused for reasons unrelated to visible shipping damage, the customer is responsible for all return freight charges, and restocking fees may apply. Original shipping costs, including freight surcharges, are non-refundable.
If a shipment is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, inability to contact the customer, unsafe delivery conditions, or missed appointments, the customer is responsible for all associated fees.
Assembly Disclaimer
Please inspect and confirm all parts before beginning assembly. Damage must be reported before assembly, as freight carriers do not honor claims for items damaged after installation. Assembled items are considered accepted and free of shipping damage.
