Oversize and Heavy Items:
Oversize and freight shipping surcharges may apply to some items due to their size and weight regardless. The surcharge will be noted on the product page.
The oversized item will be delivered to your driveway only. If receiving a large item, please have at least 2 people to unload item from the freight truck.
Freight trucks can only travel as far as the driver deems it safe (i.e. driving a 14-wheeler up a narrow twisted driveway)
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.
We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

International Orders:
Please be aware that our products are made specifically for the USA market. This means that they require a 110v electrical system to function correctly.
Our products have generally not been certified for use with other countries electrical safety standards but all of our products are certified to USA standards.
Damages:
Upon delivery and prior to signing the carrier’s delivery receipt, it is important to inspect your package thoroughly for any damage or missing boxes. If the box is completely damaged please refuse delivery and make note. Contact AlignedPlay immediately at info@alignedplay.com or 800-980-8685.
If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging.
If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to info@alignedplay.com.
LTL Orders:
All LTL deliveries are made via truck Monday through Friday. They will require someone over the age of 18 to be present. The carrier will call you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. Transporting the item into the home or other areas and disposing of packaging material is the customer’s responsibility. Upon delivery and prior to signing the carrier’s delivery receipt, it is important to inspect your package thoroughly for any damage or missing boxes. All LTL freight orders, once shipped, are expected to arrive within 10-14 business days. The freight delivery service is Curbside meaning the driver is NOT responsible for moving the boxes anywhere other than off the truck onto the curb or the lawn.
Please open your boxes upon arrival. Make sure all pieces are intact. If the box comes damaged upon arrival please take photos and refuse the shipment. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving.
