Hey, We're Alex and Amira!
Welcome to our little corner of the world - AlignedPlay! We're just a couple of parents, knee-deep in toys, coffee mugs (usually cold), and a whole lot of love for playtime.
Why did we start AlignedPlay?
Well truthfully, we are obsessed with our kids. Not only do we love them, but we are obsessed with PLAYING with them … andddd NOT PLAYING with them…!
As we watched our own children's imaginations and creativity bloom through play, we knew we had to create something extraordinary. We wanted to create a store that curated our favorite spaces / tools / toys that inspired our kids to use their creativity and imagination so WE could have some quality time together or just enjoy a cup of coffee in peace (while they are still learning through play!).
Inspired by kids, guided by Montessori
Our journey into AlignedPlay kicked off with two things: our kids' wild imaginations and a little nudge from Maria Montessori's wisdom. She said, "Play is the work of the child," and boy, do our kids take their work seriously!
Our products are thoughtfully designed, embracing simplicity and open-endedness, to spark the wildest of imaginations. They are not just toys; they are gateways to a world where play knows no limits.

Why bother shopping with us?
Well, we clearly are very honest…! And sometimes it’s nice to shop small! A lot of huge companies sell the playhouses, swing sets and Montessori toys that we sell, but if you call, Amira will always answer (sorry if the kids are yelling in the background!). That’s our difference. We want you to become our family.
